The Burn the Playbook Midterm Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. The Giveaway is sponsored by RAVN Intel LLC, Mechanicsville, Maryland, publisher of Burn the Playbook ("Sponsor"). Sponsor's mailing address: 228 Park Ave S, #29976, New York, NY 10003.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, US territories and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time on October 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on November 2, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock.

4. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter: (a) Online: visit the official entry page during the Entry Period and submit a valid email address to subscribe to the free Burn the Playbook newsletter, or, if already a subscriber, click the entry link in a Burn the Playbook email and confirm. (b) Mail-in (no subscription required): hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address and date of birth on a 3x5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: 228 Park Ave S, #29976, New York, NY 10003, Attn: Midterm Giveaway. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 2, 2026 and received by November 9, 2026. Mechanically reproduced entries are not accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method. Mail-in and online entries have equal chances. Entries that are incomplete, late, illegible or generated by script or automated means are void. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time without affecting their entry.

5. Prizes. Six (6) prizes will be awarded:

• Grand Prize (1): a personalized written political strategy memo authored and signed by Michael Starr Hopkins on a topic of the winner's choosing (subject to Sponsor's reasonable editorial discretion; no memo will be written for or on behalf of any candidate, campaign or committee), delivered digitally and as a signed print copy by December 15, 2026, plus a one-year Burn the Playbook Insider subscription. Approximate retail value (ARV): $580 (memo $500, Insider year $80).
• First Prizes (5): a one-year Burn the Playbook Insider subscription each. ARV: $80 each.

6. Drawing and Odds. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 5, 2026. The grand prize is drawn first. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person.

7. Winner Notification. Winners will be notified by email on or about November 6, 2026. A potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification or forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be drawn. The grand prize winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, returned within seven (7) days. Winners are responsible for any taxes.

8. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial and state in announcing the winners, without further compensation. No other use of a winner's information or likeness will be made without consent.

9. General Conditions. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, and in that event may award prizes from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry or violates these rules. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability. By entering, participants release Sponsor, Beehiiv, and their respective officers, employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation or from acceptance or use of a prize. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Beehiiv, YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok, Meta or Google.

11. Disputes. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without class action, in the courts of that state.

12. Privacy. Information collected is used to administer the Giveaway and, for online entrants, to deliver the Burn the Playbook newsletter, under Sponsor's privacy policy at burntheplaybook.news/privacy. Sponsor does not sell entrant information.

13. Winners List. For the names of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope by December 31, 2026 to 228 Park Ave S, #29976, New York, NY 10003, Attn: Midterm Giveaway Winners.
