When We Get It Wrong,
We Say So.

Every correction is dated, scoped, and diffed. Originals stay readable, the corrected wording sits next to them, and the editor signs the entry. We do not memory-hole. We do not silently update.

BTP has not yet had to publish a public correction. The day that changes, every entry will land here, with the original wording preserved, the corrected wording next to it, and the editor's name attached.

If you are a named subject and believe a receipt got something wrong, send the correction request — with the underlying record — to info@btp.com. We answer within twenty-four hours.

Our Corrections Standard.

If we get a fact wrong, we correct it within twenty-four hours of confirming the error.
If we get a quote wrong, we correct it within four hours and link the source recording.
If a correction changes a receipt's thesis, we re-publish under a new receipt number and link both.
We do not retroactively edit a published receipt without a public correction entry.
We sign every correction with the name of the editor who approved it.
The full corrections history is permanent and never reordered.
